How do I place an order?
You may order directly from our Shop (live May 2025) or via the online form or by email.
What is your delivery policy?
We deliver in the greater Geneva area and neighboring France up until 25 km. Delivery fees apply and are available here.
Can I customize my order?
Yes, each of our products will be custom-made to meet your specific requirements.
What are your payment methods?
Orders must be paid in full upon confirmation. PayPal and TWINT are our preferred options.
Can you accommodate specific dietary requirements?
We provide lactose and gluten free options and cater to halal diets. For any other specific requirements, please let us know upon ordering.
How far in advance should I order?
We like to plan in advance so the earlier, the better! We usually take orders up until five days before delivery date but still drop us a line if you are in last-minute panic mode!
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Life happens and we appreciate the unexpected. You may cancel your order and get a full refund up until four days before the agreed delivery date. Between three and two days before you will get a 50% refund. One day before and same-day cancellations will not be refunded.
How do you ensure food safety and hygiene?
All our products are freshly made for each order. Our kitchen is regularly cleaned and disinfected before and after baking activities. We follow a ‘clean as you go’ system, continually cleaning work surfaces and equipment. We store ingredients properly, separating raw and cooked items, and maintain correct refrigeration temperatures. We follow proper cooking and cooling procedures to ensure food safety. We adhere to allergen management practices to prevent cross-contamination. We stay updated on food safety regulations and best practices for home bakers.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, you may pick up your order in Chambésy and enjoy a complimentary coffee and chat with the baker!
What are your business hours?
We would love to say 9-5, Mon through Fri but we have insomnia!
Do you have any allergen warnings?
Let us know in case of any food allergies. Our products usually contain eggs, wheat and dairy and may contain nuts but we apply allergen management practices to prevent cross-contamination in case of allergies.
